This guide will help you configure your Office 365 email account on your Android device.

1. Set Up Office 365 in the Microsoft Outlook App (Recommended)
The Outlook app offers the best integration with Office 365, including email, calendar, and contacts sync.

Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play Store.

Open the app and tap Add Account.

Enter your full Office 365 email address (e.g. yourname@yourdomain.com) and tap Continue.

Enter your password and tap Sign In.

If prompted, approve Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or security permissions.
✅ Your Office 365 account is now set up in Outlook for Android.
2. Set Up Office 365 in the Gmail App (Built-In Mail App)
You can also add Office 365 directly to the Gmail app, which supports Outlook/Exchange accounts.
