If you forget your password, you can reset it by following a few simple steps:
- On the Application Manager login page, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link above the ‘Sign In’ button.
- Here you will be redirected to a page with 2 options: enter the username for your Application Manager account; or enter the e-mail address for your Application Manager account. Once you have filled either of the 2 fields, click ‘Ok’.
- If you have entered a correct username or e-mail address; you will be sent an automated e-mail with a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive this straight away, please check your junk/spam folder.
- The link in your password reset e-mail will take you to a page where you can enter a new password. You will need to enter it twice to ensure you have typed it correctly. Once you have entered a new password, click ‘Ok’.
- You will now be redirected to a confirmation page, confirming that you have successfully reset your password. You will now be able to login with your username and new password.
