Some use groups may allow open registration. If joining a user group that is not restricted on Challenger, you can do so by following the steps below:
- Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right of the Challenger login screen.
- Enter the requested information to create your account with (username/password of your choice, email address, name and contact numbers, etc).
- Once you have entered all the information correctly, press the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the form, and your account will automatically be created.
- You should then be redirected to a page confirming that your account is created. You can the click on the “Sign In” link to login to your account with the details (Username and Password) that you have just set.
NB: You should also receive an automated e-mail confirming that your account has been setup and automatically approved.
Challenger is used by a number of organisations that have restricted access. If joining a user group requires e-mail domain verification, you can do so by following the steps below:
- Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right of the Challenger login screen.
- Enter the requested information to create your account with (username/password of your choice, email address, name and contact numbers, etc). One of these fields may also ask for your corporate email address, which will be used to verify your identity.
- Once you have entered all the information correctly, press the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the form, and your account will automatically be created.
- You should then be redirected to a page confirming that your account is created.
- You should automatically receive an e-mail from Challenger, sent to the corporate e-mail address you have entered. Click on the link in that e-mail to verify your identity.
- The link will direct you back to Challenger. If your account has been successfully approved, you can then return to the homepage and click on the “Sign In” link to login to your account with the details (Username and Password) that you have just set.
NB: If you are unsure whether or not you are joining a restricted group, or what corporate e-mail you need to enter, please contact your Challenger administrator where they can advise you further or manually approve your account.
